One-Sticking & Stealth?

So in all my research to enter this game I really like the idea of one-stick climbing as the lightest and most versatile way to go thanks to Greg Staggs. However, I have yet to see a demonstration of this method that doesn’t appear to be just as loud as using a climber. So my question for the experienced one-stickers here is-“Is it possible to be deadly quiet when using the one stick method?”
